IN THE WORKS
The following work is in various stages of production:

AQUARIA

“Aquaria” is the plural of aquarium. It is a satirical look at the internal dynamics of a law firm that morphed from one type of firm (Aquarium #1) into a large business or “Big Law” type firm (Aquarium #2). “Aquaria” is not concerned with the way attorneys practice law. It does not revolve around a “juicy” case or sex, crime and violence in the office. Instead, “Aquaria” takes a jaundiced look at the inside operations of a “respected” law firm to highlight the forces that determine the relationships between the members of that firm. This is suggested by the title, namely, a container of water filled with different species of fish, such as the manipulative partner Rod Nez and the aloof clerk Plato Samosa, who swim around in search of a meal, frequently other fish in the tank. With a few modifications, “Aquaria” satirizes life in most organizations of professionals and perhaps many modern business organizations as well. This is a work in progress and is likely to change as its characters and themes are brought to life.
